Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Neezy application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Neezy ("we", "us" or "our"). You must be at least 13 years of age to use Neezy.

2. Description of Service

Neezy is an Android application that copies photos and videos from your device to a USB drive connected to your device. All backup operations occur locally. Neezy does not upload your photos or videos to any cloud server or external service.

3. Free and Kavach Tiers

Free tier includes:

• Manual backup from the Camera folder
• Up to 20 photos per backup session per day
• Option to back up an additional 20 photos by watching a rewarded ad

Kavach tier includes:

• Unlimited photos and videos per session
• Backup from all folders on your device
• Automatic background backup

Kavach is available as a subscription (3 months or 1 year) or as a one-time lifetime purchase through Google Play. Subscription pricing and availability are displayed in the App and on Google Play.

4. Single Active Device Policy

A Kavach license is active on one Android device at a time. You may switch your active device at any time through the App. When you activate Kavach on a new device, the previously active device reverts to the free tier automatically.

There is no limit on how often you may switch devices, and there is no charge for switching.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos or data corruption, arising out of or related to your use of Neezy.

We strongly recommend keeping multiple independent copies of your important photos. Do not rely on any single backup solution, including Neezy, as your only copy.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for Kavach in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Neezy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to back up content that infringes on third-party rights
• Maintain the security of your Google account used for Kavach sign-in
• Promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your license

8. Intellectual Property

The Neezy application, including its name, logo, design, code and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Neezy for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your photos and videos remain your property at all times. We claim no ownership over content you back up using Neezy.

9. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Refund requests are handled through Google Play's refund policy. Google Play typically allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase. If a refund is granted, your Kavach features will be deactivated automatically.

Subscription renewals are managed by Google Play. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Google Play subscriptions page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kavach features if you violate these Terms. Termination does not affect your right to use the free tier of the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of Neezy after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Neezy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

13. Google Play Terms

Your use of in-app purchases is also governed by Google Play's Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and Google Play's terms regarding purchases, Google Play's terms shall prevail.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of Neezy and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings relating to the App.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
