Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using any Neezy application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Neezy ("we", "us" or "our"). You must be at least 13 years of age to use Neezy apps.

2. Description of Service

Neezy is a suite of Android applications designed for local-first data management. Each app performs its operations locally on your device or between your devices over your local network. Neezy apps do not upload your personal data to any cloud server or external service unless explicitly stated in the app.

3. Free and Premium Tiers

Each Neezy app offers a free tier with core functionality. Premium features (branded as "Kavach" or similar) are available through in-app purchases on Google Play.

Premium features, pricing and availability are displayed within each app and on Google Play. Premium tiers may be offered as subscriptions or one-time lifetime purchases depending on the app.

4. Single Active Device Policy

Premium licenses for Neezy apps are active on one Android device at a time. You may switch your active device at any time through the app. When you activate on a new device, the previously active device reverts to the free tier automatically. You will be shown a confirmation dialog before your previous device is deactivated.

There is no limit on how often you may switch devices, and there is no charge for switching. This policy is enforced through your Google account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or data corruption, arising out of or related to your use of any Neezy app.

We strongly recommend keeping multiple independent copies of your important data. Do not rely on any single backup solution as your only copy.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your devices and external storage are in good working condition
• Verifying that your data operations complete successfully
• Keeping your device and the app updated
• Safeguarding your Google account used for premium features
• Promptly notifying us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your license

You agree to:

• Use Neezy apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any Neezy app
• Not use any Neezy app to process content that infringes on third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

Neezy applications, including their names, logos, design, code and content, are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Neezy apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your data remains your property at all times. We claim no ownership over content you process using any Neezy app.

9. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Refund requests are handled through Google Play's refund policy. Google Play typically allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase. If a refund is granted, your premium features will be deactivated automatically.

Subscription renewals are managed by Google Play. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Google Play subscriptions page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to premium features if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to tampering with license verification, sharing credentials or reverse engineering the app. Termination does not affect your right to use the free tier.

You may stop using any Neezy app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the affected apps. Continued use of any Neezy app after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Neezy apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

13. Google Play Terms

Your use of in-app purchases is also governed by Google Play's Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and Google Play's terms regarding purchases, Google Play's terms shall prevail.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy of the relevant app, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of that Neezy app and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings relating to the app.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
